Forever curious
(This is reminiscent of me and my cat, when he tries to jump out of my arms)
“Ha ha, someone’s a happy little bug today!” he exclaimed, lifting the little girl into his arms. “What did the Easter Bunny get you, huh?” Grinning, he attacked the child’s tiny belly with tickling fingers.
Sophie laughed, trying to wriggle out of the Guardian’s reach. Of course, being a lot smaller and weaker than he was, the little blonde was easily overpowered. “Ch-chocowate!” she said between giggles. “And eggs!”
“Heh… Hey, be careful, okay? Don’t wanna fall down too much.” Vanellope laughed. She had to keep an eye on Sophie, she decided. Just in case the younger girl ended up in trouble somehow. She didn’t think she would, seeing as Sugar Rush was relatively safe, but one could never be too careful.
“Anyway, I know a great spot that’s got some really awesome cupcakes. Wanna check it out?” she asked.
Sophie giggled, nodding. “Okay, okay!” She was used to tripping all the time, so that wasn’t a big deal for her. Besides, if she fell down, she can just take a big chomp off the ground to make her feel better. It seemed like everything here is edible.
“Cupcake? Yeah, yeah!” she replied excitedly. It reminded her of her friend back home, so she was more than happy to go with the older girl. “Let’s go get cupcakes!”

The Archangel blinked, curiosity lacing his features; why would that be? “Really, I’m… I’m not. Other guardians are much more important than I. I just want to keep everyone safe.”
“But you awe impowtant!” Sophie protested. “Mom says evewyone’s impowtant, so that includes you! And Mom is ALWAYS wight!” the little blonde insisted.
